Tour Itinerary — Slovenia Expedition (8 Days)
📅 Day 1 — Arrival in Ljubljana
Airport meet & greet. Check-in at the hotel, a relaxed walk through the Old Town, and a welcome dinner on a waterside terrace to get to know each other.
📅 Day 2 — Lakes Jasna, Bled & Bohinj
A full day of lakes and Alpine beauty. We head out early and stop for a nature picnic with champagne. Bohinj, pine forests, mirror-like reflections, and—if you feel like it—a swim in a mountain lake.
Then Bled: a panoramic viewpoint from the castle, a lakeside stroll, and lunch with a view.
📅 Day 3 — Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle
An underground train, surreal caverns, the legendary “dragon” (the olm), and the story of Knight Erazem. Lunch at a traditional gostilna. In the evening—an easy walk and a glass of wine.
📅 Day 4 — Maribor & Ptuj
We travel east. Wine tasting next to one of Europe’s oldest vines, a stroll through Ptuj’s charming streets, and thermal relaxation. Return to Ljubljana.
📅 Day 5 — Sea Day: Piran & Izola
Early departure to the coast. Venetian-style architecture, the seaside promenade, and a seafood lunch. Then on to Izola—its harbor, cats, and (yes!) some of the best gelato in Europe. Dinner in the Old Town.
📅 Day 6 — Kamnik & Velika Planina
A deep dive into Alpine life. Walk through Kamnik, then up to the plateau. Shepherd huts, a scenic picnic, local cheese, herbal tea—pure mountain calm. Back to Ljubljana for dinner.
📅 Day 7 — Ljubljana (Plus Optional Spa / Shopping / Art Walk)
Castle Hill secrets and Old Town architecture. Then Metelkova, Ljubljana’s alternative art district—raw, creative, unforgettable.
In the evening: a farewell dinner at a Slow Food restaurant.
📅 Day 8 — Breakfast & Departure
Airport transfer. Hugs, photos, and that quiet promise to come back.

Hotels
During the tour, we’ll stay in a comfortable, well-tested hotel in Ljubljana, in TWIN rooms.
If you’d like more privacy, you can upgrade to a single room for an additional fee.
And if we can’t match you with a roommate, you won’t be charged the single-room supplement — you’ll stay in a single room at no extra cost.

Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days before arrival or on the day you arrive.
- We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cryptocurrency.

Cancellation & Booking Policy
- If you cancel 91 days or more before the tour start date, 30% of the total tour price will be retained.
- Unpaid bookings are automatically canceled.
- If you can’t travel but someone can take your place, we can transfer your booking to a replacement traveler at no extra cost.
If the tour is canceled due to the organizer, you will receive a 100% refund.
