This Cookie Policy explains how European Incoming Business Group S.L. (“IBG Travel”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files that a website may store on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and short-lived security identifiers. They can be necessary for a website to work, or they can be used for preferences, statistics or marketing.

Current use on this website

During an anonymous technical audit on 29 July 2026, the audited home, contact and legal pages did not return any Set-Cookie headers. No public analytics, advertising pixels or embedded Smaily tracking were detected on initial page load.

Because the current public pages do not set non-essential cookies before a visitor makes a choice, we do not display a consent banner merely for appearance. If non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are enabled later, we will request consent before they run and update this policy.

Technologies and external services

Essential website and form functions

WordPress and our form system may use strictly necessary technical measures to deliver pages, maintain security and process a request that you actively submit. These functions are not used for advertising.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Our contact forms may load Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and automated abuse. Turnstile can use short-lived security identifiers. No Turnstile cookie was detected during the current audit. If the technical configuration changes, this policy will be reviewed.

Google Fonts

The current design loads the Onest typeface from Google Fonts. This did not set a cookie in our audit, but your browser sends technical information such as its IP address and user-agent when requesting the font files from Google. This is an external resource, not an analytics service on our site.

Analytics

A MonsterInsights plugin is installed in WordPress, but no Google Analytics runtime was detected on the audited public pages. Analytics is currently treated as inactive. It must not be enabled without a prior-consent configuration and a corresponding update to this policy.

Smaily newsletter services

Smaily is used for newsletter-related services. No embedded Smaily tracker or Smaily cookie was detected on the audited pages during initial load. Information is sent to Smaily only when you voluntarily use a newsletter form or open a Smaily-hosted page.

Social media links

Our footer contains links to external social media profiles. A normal link does not place the social network’s cookies on the IBG Travel website. Once you follow a link, the destination platform applies its own privacy and cookie rules.

Your choices

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent a form or another requested function from working correctly.

If we introduce optional cookies, the site will provide a clear way to accept or reject them, change your preference and withdraw consent as easily as it was given.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will always be published on this page.
