Free quotation or paid travel planning?
A straightforward request for a known hotel, transfer, excursion or existing tour does not normally require a planning fee. We can check the requested service and provide a quotation.
A planning fee applies when you ask us to research and build an individual journey: comparing routes, connecting several services, selecting appropriate suppliers and turning your requirements into a workable itinerary.
The free introductory consultation helps us determine which type of request you have before any fee is charged.

Essential itinerary — €250
For a private journey of up to 7 nights in one country or region, for up to four travellers.
Includes a day-by-day itinerary, route and timing recommendations, accommodation and transport suggestions, suitable experiences, an indicative budget and one revision.
Multi-city journey — €450
For journeys of 8–14 nights covering several cities or up to two countries.
Includes a detailed multi-stop itinerary, accommodation and transport research, connection and timing checks, selected experiences, an indicative budget and two revisions.
Complex journey — from €650
For multi-country routes, complex logistics, special occasions, accessibility requirements or other briefs requiring additional research and coordination.
The scope, delivery time and number of revisions are confirmed before payment.
Groups and professional requests — from €750
For private groups, companies, associations, schools, travel agencies and professional organisers.
The fee depends on group size, destinations, duration, operational complexity and the required proposal format.
Your planning fee is credited when you book
When the journey described in the final itinerary is booked through IBG Travel within 30 days of delivery, the planning fee is fully credited towards the cost of that trip.
The credit applies to the same proposed journey and is not exchanged for cash. Supplier deposits, cancellation rules and payment schedules are stated separately before booking.
If you decide to arrange the services independently, the itinerary remains the paid result of our planning work.

What will I receive?
You receive a structured itinerary with the agreed route, daily programme, accommodation and transport recommendations, selected experiences, practical notes and an indicative budget. The exact deliverables are listed in your planning agreement.
What if the first itinerary does not suit me?
Each planning option includes a stated number of revisions. We use these revisions to adjust the proposal within the original brief. A new destination, substantially different dates or a major change in scope may require a new quotation.
Is the price of the trip guaranteed?
No price or service is guaranteed until the relevant supplier confirms the booking. We recheck availability and current prices before you make a booking decision.
How early should I start?
For most European journeys, six to twelve months is helpful. For Christmas, Lapland, major events, cruises and peak summer dates, starting nine to twelve months ahead usually provides more choice. We can also evaluate shorter-notice requests.
Can I use airline miles or loyalty points?
You may book flights independently using your own miles and give us the confirmed details so we can design the land arrangements around them. IBG Travel does not access or redeem personal loyalty accounts.
Do you book Airbnb or other private rentals?
We do not normally book accommodation through consumer peer-to-peer platforms. Where available, we can propose professionally managed apartments, villas and holiday homes supplied under clear booking and support conditions.
Can I book only a hotel, transfer or excursion?
Yes. If you already know what you need, we can usually provide a quotation without charging a full itinerary-planning fee. Extensive research or comparison may be treated as a separate planning assignment.
Do you arrange flights?
Flights may be included where suitable booking channels and conditions are available. We will state clearly whether flights are included, arranged separately or should be booked by the traveller.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
Yes. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance covering medical assistance, cancellation, interruption, baggage and repatriation. Coverage, exclusions and purchase deadlines are determined by the insurer.
