Travel Planning Service Terms
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. Service provider
The travel planning service is provided by EUROPEAN INCOMING BUSINESS GROUP S.L., trading as IBG Travel, CIF B42669275, registered at Avinguda Mestral 5, 03570 Villajoyosa, Alicante, Spain, travel agency licence CV-Mm2484-A.
2. Scope of the service
These Terms apply to a standalone professional service involving travel research, route design and itinerary preparation. The agreed scope, destinations, dates, traveller profile, delivery time, number of revisions and fee are stated in the individual planning confirmation.
The planning service does not itself confirm accommodation, transport, admission, excursions or another supplier service. A separate booking contract and the applicable booking or package travel terms arise only when the traveller accepts a bookable proposal and the relevant services are confirmed.
3. Free initial consultation
The initial review of the request and introductory consultation are free unless IBG Travel clearly states otherwise before the consultation. No paid assignment begins until the traveller has received and accepted the scope, fee and these Terms.
4. Planning fees
Standard planning fees are €250 for an essential itinerary, €450 for a multi-city itinerary, from €650 for a complex itinerary and from €750 for group or professional assignments. The individual confirmation prevails where a different scope or fee has been agreed.
5. Deliverables and revisions
IBG Travel provides the itinerary and other deliverables specified in the planning confirmation. Revisions are limited to the number included in the selected service. A material change to the destination, dates, traveller profile, duration, budget or original brief may be treated as a new assignment and quoted separately.
6. Start of performance and withdrawal rights
Where mandatory consumer law provides a withdrawal period, the traveller may exercise that right within the applicable period. If the traveller expressly asks IBG Travel to begin work before that period ends, the traveller may be required to pay for the part of the service already performed. Once the service has been fully performed following the traveller’s express prior request and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal may be lost to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
The applicable consent must be obtained separately from acceptance of the general Terms and recorded before early performance begins.
Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right.
7. Cancellation after work begins
If the traveller cancels after IBG Travel has started the agreed work, IBG Travel may retain or charge the proportion of the fee corresponding to the service already performed, subject to mandatory law. If the agreed deliverable has been completed, the planning fee is due in full.
8. Credit towards a booking
If the traveller books through IBG Travel the journey described in the final itinerary within 30 days after its delivery, the planning fee is credited in full towards the price of that same trip. The credit is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and does not replace supplier deposits or other payments due under the booking confirmation.
9. Availability and prices
Itinerary content, indicative prices and supplier suggestions are based on information available during planning. They are not reservations or guarantees. Availability, final prices, taxes, exchange-rate effects, supplier terms and cancellation conditions are rechecked before booking and become binding only after confirmation.
10. Traveller information
The traveller is responsible for providing accurate dates, names, ages, passport details where required, budget, mobility, accessibility, dietary and other material requirements. IBG Travel is not responsible for consequences caused by materially incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the traveller.
11. Independent bookings
The traveller may use the itinerary to make independent bookings. IBG Travel is not responsible for services that the traveller books directly or for changes made to the proposed sequence without IBG Travel’s confirmation.
12. Intellectual work product
The final itinerary is provided for the personal use of the traveller and accompanying party identified in the planning confirmation. Commercial redistribution or resale requires written permission. This does not restrict the traveller’s ordinary use of the itinerary for the planned journey.
13. Subsequent travel booking
If the traveller asks IBG Travel to book two or more travel services that constitute a package or linked travel arrangement, the applicable statutory information, booking confirmation and package travel conditions will be provided separately. Mandatory responsibilities of an organiser or retailer are not excluded by these planning Terms.
14. Complaints
Questions or complaints about the planning service should be submitted in writing to the contact details stated on the IBG Travel website. IBG Travel will acknowledge and review the matter within a reasonable time. Statutory limitation periods and access to competent consumer dispute-resolution bodies remain unaffected.
15. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection applicable in the consumer’s country of habitual residence. Any competent jurisdiction provided by mandatory consumer law remains available.
