At the centrally located safari office 30 minutes before departure.
Guests staying in Lapland Hotels Sky Ounasvaara, Santa Sport, Lapland Hotels Ounasvaara
Chalets, Santa’s Igloos Arctic Circle and Arctic Tree House will be picked up from their hotel approx. 45 minutes before departure.
Guests staying in Santa Claus Holiday Village, Glass Resort and Nova Skyland Hotel are picked up from the meeting point in Santa Claus Village, next to Santa’s Pizza & Burger at north end of the village.

Cancellation policy:
– 9 days or more before the excursion departure: cancellation fee 25,00 eur
– 8 days or less before the excursion departure or no show: 100% of the value of the Order Confirmation

– Thermal clothing can be picked up from centrally located office on 31st Dec before 17:00 and returned next day
