How the day is organised

Hotel pick-up in Helsinki

Your driver collects you from your Helsinki hotel and takes you to the ferry terminal.

Ferry to Tallinn

Return ferry tickets are included. A buffet meal on board can be added when available and selected in the personal offer.

Four-hour private Tallinn experience

Your local guide meets you in Tallinn. The programme combines approximately two hours by premium vehicle with a two-hour guided walk through the Old Town. The route can include Kadriorg, the Song Festival Grounds, Toompea viewpoints, Town Hall Square and medieval streets, adjusted to traffic, weather and your interests.

Free time and return

When the confirmed ferry schedule allows, you have free time before the transfer to Tallinn port. After the return crossing, your driver takes you from the Helsinki terminal back to your hotel.

The final ferry schedule is confirmed in the voucher. Standard options usually return to the departure country around 21:30. With hotel departure at 12:15, the planned ferry is around 13:30, arrival around 15:30, return ferry around 21:30 and arrival around 23:30. Carrier schedules may change; request another preferred time in the comments.

Free cancellation and full refund at least 72 hours before the service. Later cancellation and no-show are non-refundable. Date changes at least 72 hours before are free subject to supplier availability; later changes may involve a supplement. A booking made within 72 hours becomes non-refundable once confirmed. Full refund if IBG Travel cannot confirm or cancels the service.
