Private tours and tailor-made journeys across Europe

Private tours in Europe: choose how you want to travel

Private tours in Europe can start with a ready day trip or with a route planned around your own schedule. The Book online collection contains selected experiences with a confirmed booking flow. Tours on request are better suited to multi-day journeys, private groups and programmes that need different dates, stops or services.

Each tour page explains the destination and the type of experience available. For a tailor-made journey, IBG Travel coordinates the practical parts of the itinerary with suitable local providers and confirms the available arrangement before you book.

What a tailor-made itinerary can include

• Private city visits, day trips and multi-day routes.
• Transport between airports, ports, hotels and destinations.
• Guided experiences and free time balanced to suit the group.
• Connections between Finland, Estonia, the Baltic region, Spain and other European destinations shown in our collection.

Plan private tours in Europe by destination and transport

Use our travel destinations to compare countries and regions, then review private transfer services when reliable point-to-point transport is part of the journey. The tour cards above lead to the detailed programme in the same language.

Before choosing, compare the duration, starting point and booking method shown on each tour page. A bookable day tour has a fixed online flow, while a journey on request needs a confirmed proposal. This distinction helps travellers understand what can be reserved immediately and what must first be adapted to their plans.

Send a useful travel brief

For a tour on request, share your preferred dates, number of travellers, starting point, interests and desired pace. Add any accommodation, mobility, dietary or transport requirements that may affect the route. Contact IBG Travel to discuss the available options; submitting a brief is not a booking and no service is confirmed until the details are agreed.
