- After acceptance, the agreed services are booked and coordinated under their stated terms.

Can you organise only part of the trip?
Yes. The request can cover the whole land programme or selected services such as transport, accommodation or tours.
Are flights automatically included?
No. Any flight service, fare and booking condition must be stated explicitly in the proposal.
